Return & Refund Policy
At TheGiftStoreUK, we want you to love every purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in its original condition.

The item must be returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase or your order confirmation is required.
To request a return, please contact us at giftstorehelpline@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at giftstorehelpline@gmail.com.
We will review the issue and work quickly to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Clearance or final-sale items

Personal care products that have been opened or used
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, additional processing time may apply before the funds appear in your account.
